Why did I start daily gratitude?
Okay, so there was a time when I didn’t know anything about Gratitude and Law of Attraction. I loved my husband, was a French Bulldog lover, and had no idea how gratitude and the law of attraction played into my life. However, now that I understand the universal principles, I want to share them with you! In order to understand the law of attraction and gratitude, we have to talk about physics. Are you still awake? I know, I took two weeks of physics in high school, and then dropped it because I didn’t need it to graduate. So there, I said it. I honestly couldn’t tell you much about physics. But I can tell you that it’s all about a few universal laws – the law of vibration and the law of attraction. So let’s break those down.
Understanding The Law of Vibration
First comes the law of vibration. This law states that everything in the world is made up of atoms that are vibrating at different frequencies. That means you, me, this computer I’m writing on, and everything you can see. And guess what!? EVEN your emotions are vibrating.
That means that when you have an EMOTION, it emits a frequency. E-MOTION literally means energy in motion. Sadness, fear, jealousy, and revenge, are all low frequency feelings. Joy, happiness, excitement, and love, are all high frequency feelings.
This is why you always see people saying “raise your vibration”, which can sound like a super cheesy buzz phrase. But all it’s really saying is, fell better, or change your frequency to better feelings.
Understanding The Law of Attraction
The law of attraction is the idea that like attracts like. So now that we know that everything has a frequency, and like attracts like, you know that things of the same frequency are draw together. And yes, that means even emotions and thoughts! So when people are telling you to “vibe high” or “raise your vibration”, they’re doing it out of love. They want you to attract positive things into your life by emitting a positive frequency. Get it? Not too hard right!
Gratitude and Law of Attraction
So, it’s safe to say that if you want to attract great things into your life, you need to “vibrate” at a high frequency to do that, right? And that’s where gratitude comes in.
Gratitude is the highest frequency there is! Okay, it’s not the highest, but it’s pretty high up there. Whenever you feel gratitude, you’re releasing one of the most positive, most high frequencies there are. So when you’re in a state of gratitude, you can bet that you are attracting the things you want into your life.
Bottom line? Gratitude helps you manifest miracles.
If Gratitude and Law of Attraction Are Too Woo Woo For You
Want to know the best part? If you think all this Gratitude and Law of Attraction stuff is a little too “woo woo” for you, you can’t deny all the studies that have been done around how gratitude makes us happier, more productive, and on and on. I think everyone can get on board with gratitude stuff even if you don’t believe in the law of attraction or any of the other universal principles. Because let’s face it. The news is busy showing us all the evil that is out there. We are striving to pay bills, and make ends meet, while dealing with loss, disease, and disappointments. So it makes more sense than ever to be grateful for what we have. Don’t you think?
Gratitude helps you see every “failure” as a learning lesson. From those who have hurt you, to those you have hurt. Give thanks for all the steps you’ve taken to get where you are now. There’s always something to be grateful for! From the roof over your head, the job you have to pay your mortgage, or the people you have in your life.
